In our initial video meeting, we’ll identify if you have any abdominal separation or contraindications. Together we will document your goals and develop a plan to reach them. 

The best part- you don’t have to find a sitter! You will be in the comfort of your own home, and some exercises can be modified to include holding your precious little one if needed.

Once you’ve received an approval from your midwife or doctor to begin exercising, you’ll be on your way to a happier, healthier, pain-free and stronger new version of yourself!
